Welcome to Label Suite. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Label Suite is a music label and artist management platform that allows users to upload, edit, and schedule social media content, manage files, view analytics, and collaborate with team members. The platform integrates with third-party services including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, and Chartmetric. Label Suite is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of TikTok, ByteDance, Meta Platforms, Inc., Alphabet/Google, Spotify, Dropbox, Box, Chartmetric, or any other third-party platform.
Users may connect accounts from various third-party platforms to Label Suite. By connecting any account, you authorize Label Suite to access certain account information and perform actions (such as scheduling or posting content, retrieving analytics, or browsing files) in accordance with the permissions you grant during each platform's OAuth authorization flow.
Label Suite integrates with the following platforms in accordance with their respective developer terms:
Your use of these platforms remains subject to their own terms of service and community guidelines. Platform API data accessed through Label Suite is used only for the limited purpose of operating Label Suite's core features.
You are responsible for all content uploaded, edited, or scheduled through Label Suite. You agree to:
Label Suite does not add unauthorized branding overlays, watermarks, or promotional text to content shared to any third-party platform. You agree not to use Label Suite to remove, alter, or circumvent watermarks or creator attribution on any content.
When posting content to TikTok through Label Suite, you will be shown a preview of your content before it is published. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate content disclosure settings (promotional content, branded content / paid partnership) as required by TikTok's policies. Label Suite does not set default values for privacy or disclosure settings.
When posting content to Instagram or Facebook through Label Suite, your explicit consent is obtained before any content is published to your connected accounts.
Label Suite is not affiliated with TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Spotify, Google, Dropbox, Box, or any other third-party platform. Use of their names or logos within this platform is for functional identification purposes only, in accordance with each platform's brand guidelines.
Data obtained through third-party platform APIs is used solely to operate and provide Label Suite's services. We do not:
Spotify data obtained through the Spotify Web API is used only for displaying analytics information back to the user within Label Suite. Data received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Spotify AB is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and is entitled to directly enforce them. Label Suite makes no warranties or representations on behalf of Spotify, TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, Dropbox, Box, or any other third-party platform.
You agree not to modify, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any content or materials obtained from Spotify or any other connected platform through Label Suite.
When you connect a cloud storage account (Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box) and import files into Label Suite, files are transferred from the cloud provider to Label Suite's storage. The original files in your cloud storage account are not modified or deleted by Label Suite.
Disconnecting a cloud storage account removes Label Suite's access to that account and deletes stored access tokens. Files previously transferred to Label Suite's storage remain available in Label Suite.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, spreading misinformation, or violating intellectual property rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Label Suite if you violate these Terms of Service, the terms of any connected platform, or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, all platform API data associated with your account will be deleted.
Label Suite is not responsible for platform outages, content performance, or actions taken by third-party services such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, video delivery, posting success, file transfer completion, or analytics accuracy on any third-party platform.
We may update or modify the platform and these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms or to how we process data from connected platforms, we will notify users through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
