Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Label Suite is a content management platform that allows users to upload, edit, and schedule social media content, including integration with third-party platforms such as TikTok. Label Suite is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of TikTok, ByteDance, or any other third-party platform.

2. Account Connection and TikTok Integration

Users may connect their TikTok accounts to Label Suite. By doing so, you authorize Label Suite to access certain account information and perform actions (such as scheduling or posting content) in accordance with the permissions you grant during the TikTok OAuth authorization flow.

Label Suite integrates with TikTok APIs in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

TikTok API data accessed through Label Suite is used only for the limited purpose of operating Label Suite's core features (account connection, content scheduling, analytics display). This data is not used for any other purpose.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content uploaded, edited, or scheduled through Label Suite. You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Ensure you have the rights to all content you upload or post
• Not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purposes

4. Content and Branding

Label Suite does not add unauthorized branding overlays, watermarks, or promotional text to content shared to TikTok or other platforms. You agree not to use Label Suite to remove, alter, or circumvent TikTok watermarks or creator attribution on any content.

Label Suite is not affiliated with TikTok or any other social media platform. Use of TikTok's name or logo within this platform is for functional identification purposes only, in accordance with TikTok's brand guidelines.

5. Data Use and Restrictions

Data obtained through TikTok APIs is used solely to operate and provide Label Suite's services. We do not:

• Sell, license, or share TikTok API data with third parties for their own use
• Use TikTok API data to build profiles, databases, or supplemental records on individuals beyond what is necessary to operate the service
• Use TikTok API data for cross-context behavioral advertising

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, spreading misinformation, or violating intellectual property rights.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Label Suite if you violate these Terms of Service, TikTok's Terms of Service, or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Label Suite is not responsible for platform outages, content performance, or actions taken by third-party services such as TikTok. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, video delivery, or posting success on any third-party platform.

9. Changes to Service

We may update or modify the platform and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
